By registering for the 2024 Sandia Resort & Casino (SR&C) and International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) Conference, the registrant herby waives and releases SR&C, and ICRG, and its officers, directors, employees agents, and insurers, from any and all claims, demands actions, causes of action and rights, which may arise out of, or in connection with attending or participating in any or all events, and/or activities engaged in by the registrant while attending the conference.

In addition, the registrant agrees to defend and hold Sandia Resort & Casino and ICRG harmless from and against any all claims, liabilities, expense, damages, losses, causes of action, and suits arising out of, or any way related to the registrants attendance at the above referenced conference and/or any activity engaged in by the registrant while attending the conference.
