Using clay from the indigenous plant life found in the New Mexico desert, this unique healing treatment begins with a gentle exfoliation, followed by a warm, desert clay wrap. During your wrap, the therapist uses essential oils while massaging the scalp to aid in deep relaxation. After rinsing off, rehydrating desert sage oil is then gently applied to your body, leaving you relaxed and your skin renewed. What to wear during a Treatment

The Green Reed Spa does not require any dress code. It is recommended during a body treatment or massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy.

Spa Payment Inquiries

We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased through the resort. Gratuities are not included with any of our spa treatments. Hotel guests that have posted a credit card to their room may choose to charge services to their room. Any additional guests using the Green Reed Spa must be added to your room as a "share with" in order to charge to your room account.

The Pool at Sandia Resort and Casino

Pool is currently closed.

Receive A-list treatment in total privacy and relaxed comfort. A pool attendant will attend to you as you enjoy a spacious, shaded place by the majestic pool.

Cabana rentals start at $150 Monday through Thursday and $250 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Weekend Cabana rentals include: personal cabana attendant, chilled aromatherapy towels, chilled fruit tray, chips and salsa, bottled water, newspaper and magazines. Cabanas can accommodate up to 10 people per cabana.

Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Using clay surrounding the indigenous plant life found in the New Mexico desert, this unique healing treatment begins with a gentle exfoliation, followed by a warm clay wrap. During your wrap, the therapist uses essential oils to massage the scalp and aid in deep relaxation. After rinsing off, rehydrating desert sage oil is then gently applied to your body, leaving you relaxed and your skin renewed. The mineral-rich clay draws out the body’s impurities while nourishing the skin. Rich in Vitamin C, E, and other antioxidants, this treatment leaves your skin detoxified and hydrated.
