Advance Bookings

The Green Reed Spa coordinators will happily assist you in scheduling the services that best fit your needs. We recommend scheduling well in advance to ensure your service, preferred time, and provider are available. Willingness to book a service with either a female or male provider will allow greater flexibility of scheduling. For reservations of groups larger than 6 guests, please ask for the group coordinator. Pricing and services are subject to change.

Arrival

We recommend you arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing ample time for a tour of the facilities before your treatment. We also encourage you to utilize this time to enjoy the eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, relaxation room, and co-ed lounge. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late for your treatment, the service will end on time and the full price of the service will be charged.

Environment

The use of our spa facilities are complementary to guests who have a scheduled appointment. For a small fee, day passes can be purchased by anyone else. A day pass entitles guests to the use of all spa amenities: cold and hot plunge pools, dry sauna, steam room, fitness center, indoor and outdoor relaxation room, and co-ed lounge. We ask that you be mindful of the environment and speak softly while using the spa amenities. Cell phones are not permitted.

Attire

Upon your arrival you will receive a spa robe and sandals to change into, and a locker to store your personal belongings. For most spa treatments it is customary to disrobe completely, however for your comfort, undergarments may be worn. Our therapist are highly trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment and ensure your complete privacy. Bathing suits are optional when using men’s and women’s amenities.

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least eighteen years of age to utilize spa amenities and services.
Salon and nail services are available to guests of all ages.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns at the time of your booking, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, sunburn etc. Additionally, you will be asked to complete a medical intake form upon arrival so that we can better customize your treatment to serve your needs.

Payment

We require a valid credit card to schedule all spa appointments. Room signing is available for registered hotel guests. For your convenience, payment is settled upon conclusion of service; tax is not included in the price of the service, and gratuity may be added to your bill upon checkout. We regret packages, journeys and promotions are restricted from the use of discounts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the treatment start time. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice or missed appointments will be charged the full service amount.
A Spa Journey cancellation requires at least a 48-hour notice. Cancellation of group reservations requires a one week notice.

With each guest in mind, comfort and privacy is our highest priority. We regret that spa tours are not offered during business hours.
